Mr. Iacobucci began working with Cedar Ventures in 2006 and has been a CEO and is a financial strategy executive with a successful track record of leading financial turnarounds and restarts of troubled companies.
This followed an earlier successful career in general management with P & L and financial officer responsibilities for several major U.S.
and multinational corporations.
He has worked for portfolio companies of Sevin Rosen, St. Paul Venture Capital and Institutional Venture Partners.
He has years of experience in general management, domestic and international marketing, business development including mergers and acquisitions, finance and operations.
He is very creative having capitalized on new telecom market opportunities, e.g.
the modernization of air traffic control systems resulting in the award of a $1.6 billion contract from the FAA and by introducing a transaction based pricing model for the emerging telecom operator service provider market.
Mr. Iacobucci has served as CEO and President of several software companies including Line 4 Inc. (2003-2004), Roguewave (2000-2002) and Aristacom International (1995-1999).
This followed turnaround engagements as general manager with P&L responsibilities for Harris Corporation’s Digital Telephone Systems Division (1988-1995), Digital Transmission Inc. (1986-1987) and Nortel’s Integrated Office Systems Division and Computer Hardware Division, formerly Data 100 and Sycor (1981-1985).
Earlier senior financial positions included corporate controller of Northern Telecom Inc., V.P.
Finance, Sandvik Inc., group controller of WR Grace and corporate controller of Hasbro.
Mr. Iacobucci is a graduate of the executive management program of Penn State University.
His undergraduate degree is in finance from Central New England College.
