J. Richard Walton

Mr. Walton founded Scarborough, a firm specializing in the energy and natural resources area, and became its president in January 1997.
He has managed the Energy Fund since January 2004.
Mr. Walton became chief executive officer of C&A Asset Investigation Services in August 1999.
From September 1994 to October 1996, he was Chairman of the Board and CIO of Axe-Houghton Associates, the asset management subsidiary of Hoenig Group, Inc. Mr. Walton received his bachelor's degree in finance from Siena College in 1963 and his master's of business administration in finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in 1964.
