Prior to joining Stonewood, Mr. Moritz was the owner and operator of a manufacturing company in the Pittsburgh area with more than 100 employees.
He has had significant experience in implementation of growth strategies (including B2B and B2C e-commerce strategies), and he has successfully raised venture capital in support of these strategies.
Before his stint in manufacturing, Mr. Moritz practiced law with firms in New York City and Pittsburgh, with heavy experience in structured financing, m&a and venture capital.
Mr. Moritz attended Carnegie Mellon University's business school (GSIA 1988), the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (JD 1988) and the University of Pennsylvania (BS 1984).
