Horace G. McDonell

Horace G.
McDonell has been a Director of Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc. since May 30, 1991 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Nominations/Corporate Governance Committee for Ethan Allen Interiors.
Until November 13, 2006, he was a Member of the Compensation Committee for Ethan Allen Interiors.
In November 1990, he retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Perkin-Elmer Corporation.
Mr. McDonell served in a number of marketing and executive positions at Perkin-Elmer, where he became President in 1980.
He is a past Chairman of the American Electronics Association and a past Director of Danbury Health Systems, Hubbell, Inc., Uniroyal, Inc., Silicon Valley Group, Inc. and ETEC, Inc.
