The Group's principal activities are to provide consumer and commercial banking services. The Group's commercial and retail banking products and services include checking, savings and time deposits, individual retirement accounts, merchant bankcard processing, ATMs, residential and commercial mortgages, home equity loans, consumer installment loans, agricultural loans, small business, and FHA and SBA guaranteed loans, commercial loans, lines and letters of credit as well as trust services and investment products. As of 31-Dec-2006, it operated 27 branches, two loan production offices, telephone, and online banking. The Group operates in the United States.

StellarOne Corp. operates as a holding company for StellarOne Bank. The company through its subsidiaries provides banking products and services, including individual and commercial demand and time deposit accounts, commercial and consumer loans, residential mortgages, credit card services and deposit services. It operates through three segments: Commercial Banking, Wealth Management and Mortgage Banking. The Commercial Banking segment includes commercial, business and retail banking. It provides customers with products such as commercial loans, small business loans, real estate loans; business financing and consumer loans. In addition, this segment provides customers with several choices of deposit products including demand deposit accounts, savings accounts and certificates of deposit.
