Mr. Graham is the President of the United States Environmental Corporation, LLC, a company focused on the growing global environmental market, including the water and wastewater privatization markets of the Americas.
Mr. Graham is a recognized industry leader, presenting at the World Economic Development Congress and chairing the first conference on U.S.
water privatization.
Mr. Graham has been active for the past two years in developing opportunities in Latin America.
Mr. Graham successfully restructured New York State's largest water company, Jamaica Water Company, while he was its Chairman and CEO (1992-1996).
Prior to Jamaica Water Supply, Mr. Graham was the Chief Financial Officer of Citizens Utilities.
Mr. Graham has an M.B.A.
from NYU Stern School in General Management and a B.S.
from the University of Missouri in Business Administration.
