Mr. Burnette holds degrees from the University of Virginia School of Law (JD 1986) and from the University of Virginia Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA 1986) in Charlottesville, Virginia and a BS in commerce from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia (1982).
