German Volokhov

Mr. German Volokhov was appointed to the position of Director for Coal Assets, RU-COM, in January 2010.
He is responsible for the development of coal-related business and management of coal assets.
Before joining RU-COM, for the last 10 years German held the positions: Technical Director, JSC Vostsibugol, where he was authorized to manage the technological policy of the Company; Deputy Director General – Technical Director, JSC SUEK, where he was authorized to manage the technical policy of the Company; Head of Technological Audit Directorate, Managing Company Kuzbassrazrezugol, where he was authorized to carry out technological audit of the coal assets of the Company; Head of Technological Audit Directorate, LLC Power Management Consulting (affiliate of RU-COM), where he was authorized to carry out technological audit of the coal assets of the Company; From 1968 up to the present moment he held different executive positions from Supervising Foreman to Director for Capital Construction, Technical Director, JSC Vostsibugol; Deputy Director General – Technical Director, JSC SUEK; Head of Technological Audit Directorate, Managing Company Kuzbassrazrezugol; Head of Technological Audit Directorate, LLC Power Management Consulting (affiliate of RU-COM); Director for Coal Assets, LLC RU-COM, where he was responsible for production activities, technological policies of the Companies.
In 1963 he entered and in 1668 he graduated from the Moscow Mining Institute with a major in Technology, Integrated Mechanization of Open-Cast Mining, and was qualified as a Mining Engineer.
