Gagan Khanna

Prior to joining Edgewater, Mr. Khanna was an Associate in investment banking with Lehman Brothers in New York.
At Lehman, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Sponsors groups.
He also taught merger accounting and analysis to Lehman’s new analysts and associates.
Mr. Khanna received his B.A.
degree from Davidson College where he graduated magna cum laude and with Phi Beta Kappa honors.
He received his M.B.A.
degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
