Finn Waage-Nielsen

Finn Waage-Nielsen European Analyst After Finn completed his honours degree in Management Science at the University of St. Andrews in 1996, he joined the investment arm of the Oslo based Astrup Fearnley Group as a Nordic equity analyst.
During this period, Finn gained a thorough understanding of the Nordic markets, and in particular the transportation and oil & gas sectors.
He left the Group in 1998, and completed a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting at the London School of Economics.
He then joined Den norske Bank in London as a credit analyst.
During his time at Den norske Bank, Finn worked on a number of lending transactions, mainly in the transportation sector, developing strong modelling skills and a thorough understanding of financial analysis.
A Norwegian, Finn speaks fluent English and is also proficient in several Scandinavian languages.
Finn joined Montanaro in July 2001 as an equity analyst, responsible for Scandinavia, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands.
He is a candidate for CFA Level III in 2004.
