Eric Jacobs

Prior to joining RCP in November 2006, Mr. Jacobs worked for KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, a middle-market investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services.
In this role, Mr. Jacobs executed sell-side mergers and acquisition deals, fairness opinions, and valuation opinions for companies in a wide range of industries.
Mr. Jacobs began his career in the public accounting industry, having spent over eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers performing audit, tax, and consulting assignments for a variety of middle-market and large public clients.
Mr. Jacobs earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University in 1991, his CPA certification in 1994 and his Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2003.
