Ensor has been a Director since November 30, 2001, the closing date of acquisition by AirGate PCS, Inc. Mr. Ensor has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Since January 2002, Mr. Ensor has served as the President of Quiet Water Associates, LLC, a boutique consulting firm.
From September 1999 to December 2001, Mr. Ensor served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Evolution Networks.
From November 1998 to August 1999, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Telecom Wireless Solutions (TWS), a leading developer and provider of telecommunications solutions, where he managed the operating divisions of the company.
From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Ensor was President of BellSouth Personal Communications, BellSouth's start-up organization for the development of its acquired PCS licenses.
While at BellSouth, Mr. Ensor served in other key management positions, including Assistant Vice President for Worldwide Wireless Strategy and Chief Strategist for Bellsouth Enterprises, Inc.
