Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA (UBP) is the private banking subsidiary of CBI Holding SA in Switzerland. Headquartered in Geneva, the firm was founded in 1969 by Edgar de Picciotto as Compagnie de Banque et d'Investissements (CBI). They merged with TDB-American Express Bank to create Union Bancaire Privée SA in 1990 and in 2011 acquired the Swiss wealth management subsidiary of ABN AMRO. UBP is an asset management specialist which provides wealth management services for private and institutional clients.

UBP-Gestion Institutionnelle SA (UBP-GI) is the Geneva-based asset management arm of the Swiss bank Union Bancaire Privée (UBP). Through a series of acquisitions initiated by Chairman Edgar de Picciotto, UBP can trace their history back to 1956. The present-day UBP was established in 1990 following the merger with Compagnie de Banque et d'Investissements and TDB-American Express Bank. UBP-GI was created in 1997 and caters to both private and institutional clients worldwide. They offer a range of investment funds, including traditional, multi-manager and structured products.

IAM Independent Asset Management SA (IAM) is an independent Switzerland-based asset management firm which was founded in 1995 by Michel Thétaz. Headquartered in Geneva, the firm provides financial advisory services and manages discretionary accounts such as balanced OPP2-type portfolios, Swiss equity portfolios and foreign equity portfolios, as well as a range of mutual funds.
