Mr. Douglas M.
Godine, Jr. CFA, is a Managing Director at Signal Hill Capital Group LLC.
He leads our Institutional Sales and Trading team.
He serves on Signal Hill's operating committee as well as maintaining primary coverage responsibilities for the Firm's largest accounts.
He brings several years experience to the equity sales and trading business and specializes in assisting growth managers in the New York, Boston and Mid Atlantic regions.
Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Godine was a Managing Director in Institutional Sales at Wachovia Securities, where he had coverage responsibilities for the Mid Atlantic and New York, including a close relationship with T.
Rowe Price which he still maintains.
Prior to Wachovia, he was a senior institutional sales person at Morgan Stanley, working in their Boston office for 5 years.
While at Morgan Stanley, he had primary coverage responsibility for Fidelity, Wellington, and Putnam as well as a number of private managers and hedge funds including Highfields and Tudor.
He began his career at Alex Brown as an institutional sales person covering Mid West accounts before focusing on exclusively on Boston clients for the better part of 10 years.
He has been on the advisory board at K.M.
Moore since the Summer of 2011.
Mr. Godine earned his BA degree from the University of Virginia in 1991 and achieved a CFA designation in 2001.
