Donna Raine

As Managing Director at Prophet Equity, Ms. Raine is responsible for sourcing, structuring, closing and managing acquisitions with significant value creation potential to successful realizations.
In addition, she works closely with management and the Office of Change Management to craft and implement high value initiatives at portfolio companies.
She currently serves in the Office of Change Management of Keywell Metals, as President and CFO, and FDF Energy Services, as President, helping to optimize operations, capital structure and growth initiatives.
Ms. Raine has over 25 years in financial and operational leadership for middle-market companies across multiple industries.
Most recently, Ms. Raine helped lead the successful turnaround and sale of Allegiance Crane & Equipment as Interim Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
She previously served as Interim CFO and Turnaround professional of several privately held companies, including Healthcare Laundry Systems and Airwalk International and her prior experience includes public accounting and appointment as Accountant to U.S.
Bankruptcy Trustees.
Ms. Raine is a licensed CPA and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
Ms. Raine has a B.S.
in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
