They are a subsidiary of Citigroup Global Markets Hong Kong Holdings Ltd., ultimately owned by Citigroup, Inc. (NYSE: C) in the US. Formerly known as Citi Smith Barney, the firm was reorganized in 2008 when Citigroup combined their brokerage and private banking businesses. CGMA offers stock trading services to various institutional investors.

Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities Co., Ltd. (GS-GHS) is a Beijing-based securities firm established in 2004 as a joint venture between the leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) and the domestic securities firm Beijing Gao Hua Securities Co. Ltd., led by China-born banker Fang Fenglei. Harvest Global Investments Ltd. (HGI) is the wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based investment management subsidiary of Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd. (HFM), an asset management company headquartered in China. Founded in 2008, HGI provides discretionary portfolio management services to their clients, sometimes with the assistance of HFM, serving as the investment adviser to pooled investment vehicles sponsored by other financial firms. They also provide investment advisory services on behalf of sophisticated institutional investors to separately managed accounts.

Nomura Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd. (NAMHK) is a wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based investment management subsidiary of Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. (NAM), which in turn is wholly-owned by Nomura Holdings, Inc. (TYO: 8604, NYSE: NMR), a financial holding company headquartered in Japan. Founded in 1988, NAMHK is NAM Group's hub for investment management of Hong Kong and China portfolios and marketing/client services for Greater China region. The firm manages various offshore funds which are primarily Greater China equities and investment trust funds that includes China A shares, established by NAM Group.
