David Silva

David is a founder of The European VC, a podcast and connector of the European venture industry, which also runs LP syndicates to access some of Europe's best VC funds.
After university, David worked within a startup leading business development.
Breaking into the wonderful world of venture only came after a long period of advising early-stage startups on fundraising, business development and strategy.
After this, David fell in love with niche-focused emerging and micro VCs solving real-world problems (like biotech, climate tech, space tech, etc.) and became passionate about helping them set up and raise their funds.
He holds a Masters degree in Business Engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain.
