The First Nations Health Managers Association (FNHMA) is a national association that provides training, certification, and professional development for individuals who provide health services to First Nations communities. The association was formed in 2010 and offers five courses that cover topics such as the history and current health status of First Nations communities, policy-making, accountable governance, recruitment and retention of health human resources, health programs and services, and cultural influences on decision making and behaviors in communities. The FNHMA is based in Canada, and the CEO is Marion Crowe. The courses also cover professionalism, continuous learning, ethical considerations, and self-care.

First Nations of Quebec & Labrador Health & Social Services is a committee that works with communities and organizations to provide accessible and adapted health and social services to the needs of communities. The committee is based in Wendake, Canada. The committee offers a diverse range of services to support and collaborate with communities in their progress. The services are categorized into culture, childhood and family, health and well-being, income security, and social integration.
