At Scotia Capital, he helped execute a number of M&A advisory mandates.
He honed capital markets experience in both IPO and follow-on equity offerings involving a variety of products.
His responsibilities included financial modeling, valuation analysis, business and industry due diligence, prospectus drafting and client presentations.
Mr. Dave Barkwell obtained a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance and Accounting (Honours) degree from the University of British Columbia, during which time he had an internship at Phillips, Hager and North Investment Management Ltd.
