Dave lapidus

Dave Lapidus joined Tishman Speyer in 2015 and is responsible for growing the company’s Southern California platform through the acquisition of office, life science labs, residential and mixed-use campus projects.
He is also pursuing opportunities in tech-oriented markets outside of California.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he was with McCarthy Cook & Co. for 13 years, most recently as senior vice president focused on acquisitions in California, Denver, Phoenix, and Seattle.
He was also responsible for fundraising, joint ventures, financing, and dispositions.
Dave is a member of LACRA and the Wilshire Club, an associate member of ULI, and a founding member of the City Charter School in West Los Angeles.
He holds an honors BA in English from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
