Darek Gibbons

Mr. Gibbons joined Mantucket Capital in 2007.
Prior to joining Mantucket, Mr. Gibbons was the CFO of Yamagata Corporation, a private equity firm based in Salt Lake City.
In addition to his duties as CFO, Mr. Gibbons was acting controller for several of the company’s investments.
Prior to Yamagata Corporation, Mr. Gibbons was a finance manager at Novell, where he served on the special pricing committee and was instrumental in redesigning the internal management reports.
Prior to Novell, Mr. Gibbons worked for five years at Ernst and Young, LLP in the audit department.
Mr. Gibbons holds a B.S.
and Master’s in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
