He previously served as Chairman of PLX Technology, Inc. from 1986 to 2013, Chairman of The Arbor Co. from 1969 to 2011, Director of Cirrus Logic, Inc. from 1984 to 2011, Director of Intel Corp.
in 2008, Director-Emeritus of Novellus Systems, Inc. from 1990 to 2006, Director-Emeritus of Micro Component Technology, Inc. from 1993 to 2008, Director-Emeritus of LogicVision, Inc. from 1999 to 2005, and Senior Advisor of AsiaTech Management LLC.
He has also served as an Independent Director of Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, Inc., an Independent Director of AllianceBernstein National Municipal Income Fund, Inc., a Director of Alliance New York Municipal Income Fund, Inc., an Independent Class II Director of AllianceBernstein Income Fund, Inc., and an Independent Director of AllianceBernstein Global High Income Fund, Inc.
