Mr. Chief A.
Burton Senior Investment Analyst at Brinker Capital, Inc. Prior to joining Brinker Capital, he served as President and Managing Director of Montchanin Capital Management from 2002 until 2005 and Philadelphia Ventures, Inc. from 1984 until 2002.
In addition, Mr. Burton has served in several positions including Vice President of CIGNA Corp., President of Cigna Venture Capital Corp., and Chairman of the board and Founder of Devon Systems Group, Inc., which was eventually sold to Citicorp Venture Capital.
Mr. Burton's professional and civic activities have included that of former President and Trustee of the Delaware Valley Venture Group, Director of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Trustee for Gettysburg College (1996-2008).
He is an Advisor at Spring Capital Partners.
He also served for five years as a line officer in the U.S.
Navy and is a recipient of the Navy Commendation Medal.
Mr. Burton earned his AB degree from Gettysburg College and MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Burton holds the Series 65 license and the CFA designation.
