Before that, he was the Deputy General Manager-Finance Department at Concord New Energy Group Ltd.

Mr. Liu also worked as a Project Manager-Audit Manager at ShineWing Certified Public Accountants LLP from 2003 to 2005 and as a Finance Manager-Finance Management at China United Tally (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

He started his career as an Accountant at Xuzhou Wei Yang Food Co. Ltd.
from 1998 to 2000.
Mr. Liu completed his undergraduate degree at Anhui University of Science & Technology in 1998 and his graduate degree at Beijing Information Science & Technology University in 2003.
