Chad Stecker

Mr. Chad Stecker, CFA, is a Senior Research Analyst at CBRE Investment Management Listed Real Assets LLC.
He is responsible for evaluating the listed infrastructure companies in the North American energy infrastructure sector.
He joined the Global Infrastructure Research Team at the outset of the strategy’s inception in 2011.
He joined the Listed Real Assets business in 2007 as a member of the firm’s Portfolio Analytics team.
In that role, he supported the firm’s portfolio managers and research team with analytical work that included analysis of market trends, portfolio attributions and real estate sector valuation data.
He has over 14 years of financial industry experience.
Prior to CBRE Investment Management, Mr. Stecker worked at SEI where he was a member of the firm’s Fund Accounting group where his responsibilities included maintaining and reconciling accounting records for equity and fixed income products.
He received his undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
