VP Bank (Luxembourg) SA (VP Bank) is a private bank based in Luxembourg. Established in 1988, their VPB Finance S.A. division provides investment counseling, asset and wealth management for their high net-worth private clients. The bank is a member of VP Bank Group, owned by the Verwaltungs- und Privat-Bank, Vaduz, which is located in Liechtenstein and founded in 1959. In addition, the group has offices in Switzerland, the British Virgin Islands and Germany. VP Bank manages several Luxembourg-domiciled funds.
