Caroline serves as Managing Partner of FullStride Ventures as well as leads all the marketing efforts for Gelmart International as their CMO.
She was integral in the incubation of LIVELY and Feather Bra.
Before Gelmart, she was a partner at FITiST Labs, a strategic and brand consultancy with a focus on lifestyle brands.
Caroline previously co-founded and successfully exited FITiST, the first membership and bookings platform for boutique fitness, Prior to starting FITiST, Caroline helped build new businesses for NY- based VC firm Tricera Partners including Flywheel Sports.
She has also served as a marketing executive for the $1B Victoria’s Secret Beauty brand for several years.
Caroline holds an AB from Dartmouth College and MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
