Henderson is Chairman and Inactive Chief Executive Officer of Imation Corp.
He was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Imation in May 2004.
Prior to joining Imation, Mr. Henderson was Chief Executive Officer of Edgecombe Holdings LLC from November 2001 to May 2004.
From July 1995 to October 2001, Mr. Henderson held various senior executive management positions at Invensys Plc.
He was Chief Executive Officer of Invensys Control Systems from January 1999 to September 2001 and Invensys Software Systems from October 2000 to November 2001.
From November 1982 to June 1995, Mr. Henderson held various management positions at TRW, Inc. He was Vice President and General Manager of TRW Electronic Convenience Systems and Managing Director of Quality Safety Systems.
Prior to joining TRW, Mr. Henderson worked at McKinsey & Co. He is a Director of Universal Electronics, Inc. and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Henderson is Co-Author of Lean Transformation and a Director of the Lean Enterprise Institute.
