Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Morgan has held both Managing Partner positions at Private Capital Firms and Line of Business President & GM positions within Fortune 100 companies in both domestic and international venues.
Focusing in high-tech ventures, he has led companies such as Lockheed Martin (LMT) in their multi-billion dollar information technology and communications investment strategy, as well as, participated in the sale of a multi-billion dollar high-tech company to General Motors (GMH).
Mr. Morgan holds an International MBA in Finance and Marketing from Babson College and a BEE from the Catholic University of America.
