Bill McKay

Mr. William E.
McKay is a Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager at Cidel Asset Management, Inc. He is chairman of Cidel’s asset allocation committee, a member of the investment committee, and head of the multi-asset class team.
His responsibilities include managing a range of discretionary portfolios and investment products and liaising with clients.
Prior to joining Cidel, he worked with UBS Canada where he served as a director and portfolio manager for high-net-worth clients.
He was also deputy head of the UBS Canadian Equity team.
Prior to that role, he held an advisory role for offshore clients, for whom he provided advice on asset allocation, portfolio construction and security selection.
He has a wide variety of experience in equity and fixed income analysis, foreign exchange, and alternative investments.
He is both a CFA and CAIA charter holder, a member of the Toronto CFA Society, the CFA Institute and the CAIA Association.
