Bill Kloza is passionate about working with founders and management teams to help accelerate growth and scale their businesses efficiently.
Before joining M33, Bill was an investor at JMI Equity and was actively involved in the firm’s investments in Intelex (acquired by Fortive), SiriusDecisions (acquired by Forrester Research), Ultimate Software, Kronos, Raptor Tech, and Unanet.
Prior to that, Bill was a member of the Bulger Partners (now EY-Parthenon SSG) Investment Banking and Strategy Consulting teams.
While there he provided guidance to leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the enterprise software space.
On the banking team his select transactions included Capsule Tech’s sale to Qualcomm and AdTheorent’s recap by HIG Capital.
On the consulting team, he worked closely with company management teams and provided advisory services around product, market, and M&A strategy to tech companies ranging from $5M to $1B+ in revenue.
Bill graduated from Boston College with a B.S in Finance and Information Systems as part of the CSOM Honors Program.
When not supporting the local Boston sports teams, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and traveling.
