Barry Hugo

Mr. Barry Hugo is a Wealth Manager at Seed Investment Consultants (Pty) Ltd.
He started his career with Profplan Brokers, an independent boutique brokerage in Zululand with the three focus areas of financial planning for individuals, investments and consulting on retirement funds.
In 2007 he left Profplan - where he was the Managing Partner and Senior Shareholder - to join RMB Private Bank as a Wealth Manager.
Here he gained extensive experience in the structure and implementation both locally and internationally of wealth management solutions for high net worth individuals.
In October 2011 he joined the Hereford Group to launch their Wealth Management Division and also became a member of the Seed Investment Committee.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner and has over 18 years’ experience in financial services and investments.
