Aron Halfin

Mr. Halfin is an experienced senior healthcare executive with extensive experience.
Since joining Source Capital and prior thereto, he has developed extensive operations experience and has specialized in turnaround activity in a wide range of healthcare settings.
Most recently, he served as Vice President of Clinical Operations with Centene Corp, a public sector Health Maintenance Organization where he conducted several successful turnarounds.
Prior to his role at Centene, Mr. Halfin served as Senior Vice President of Medical Operations for Magellan Health Services, the nation's largest behavioral healthcare organization.
At Magellan, Mr. Halfin shared P&L responsibilities for a budget that exceeded $500 million.
He also has extensive experience in marketing, product development and has been involved in M&A activity for several years.
Additionally, he has founded several successful small businesses including Digital Images Inc, a successful production company, Quality Behavioral Health LLC, a multi-specialty behavioral healthcare group, and others.
