Headquartered in Mumbai, Mirae AMC acts as the Asset Management Company (AMC) of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund (MAMF).

IDFC Asset Management Co. Pvt Ltd. (IDFC AM) is the asset management subsidiary of IDFC Asset Management Co. Ltd. in India,a private sector diversified financial institution established by a consortium of global and local institutions with the support and sponsorship of the Government of India. Originally established in 1999 as ANZ Grindlays Asset Management Co. Pvt Ltd., the firm became Standard Chartered Asset Management Co. Pvt Ltd. in 2001 and IDFC Asset Management Co. Pvt Ltd. in 2008 when they were acquired by IDFC. They are based in Mumbai.
