Alison Armstrong

Alison is an experienced corporate lawyer with a background in M&A advisory work.
Having joined GHO in 2020, Alison heads up the legal and compliance function at GHO and works on the fund structuring and legal M&A aspects of the investment function.
Prior to GHO, Alison worked in the corporate M&A team at Clifford Chance, where she gained a wealth of transaction experience advising corporates (public and private) and financial sponsors on M&A and corporate advisory matters.
Alison graduated from University College Cork with a first class degree in Law.
As part of her studies, Alison spent a year studying at the Beasley School of Law, Temple University in Philadelphia.
She has worked and studied in multiple jurisdictions, including periods spent in Hong Kong, Amsterdam and the US.
