Alessandro Cipolla

Mr. Alessandro Cipolla is a Director at Fitch Italia SpA in the European structured finance group in Milan.
His primary areas of expertise are Italian SME CDO securities transactions and research projects such as the development of a Value-at-Risk model used for the computation of the volatility cushions included in Fitch’s counterparty criteria report.
Before joining Fitch in June 2004, Mr. Cipolla worked for two years in the life actuarial office of Fondiaria-Sai, a primary Italian insurance company.
Prior to that he worked for two years as business auditor for Arthur Andersen.
Alessandro Cipolla holds a laurea in Economics from the University of Turin and an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
