Albert D. Melchiorre

Mr. Melchiorre is currently the President and founder of MelCap Partners, LLC, a middle market investment-banking firm.
Prior to founding MelCap, Mr. Melchiorre was a partner or a senior officer in several other firms such as Laux, Holmes & Company, Bruml Capital Corporation (“BCC”), PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Banc One Capital Corporation.
While at BCC, Mr. Melchiorre was a member of the investment committee and a partner in BCC’s private equity acquisition fund.
Mr. Melchiorre was also involved in the successful acquisition and sale of Aztec Concrete Accessories, Inc. with Mr. Church, both as the investment banker representing the shareholders and as an owner.
During his career, Mr. Melchiorre has been involved in the successful completion of numerous M&A transactions, as either agent or principal.
Mr. Melchiorre received his BSBA in both Finance and Marketing from Ohio State University and has successfully completed the Series 7 NASD securities license exam.
