Ms. Lopez holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and a post graduate degree in Technology Management from the same university.

Francis Lopez is the founder and Chairman of Aztec Manufacturing Corp.
which is founded in 1983.
He is currently the Chairman of Southeast Michigan Community Alliance, Director of Small Business Association of Michigan, Director of Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Director of Michigan Works Association, Director of Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and a Member of Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council.
He was also a former Member of Altarum Institute.
