He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Paulus Fillippus Venter is the founder of Mast Energy Projects Ltd.
He currently holds the position of President & Director at ONTDEK CPG, Inc., Director at St. Anderton on Vaal Ltd., Director at PSCD Power 1 Ltd., and Non-Executive Director at Mast Energy Developments PLC.
In the past, he served as the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Solgenics Ltd.
