[Translate to DE:] Saarbruecken - 25th April 2014. ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) will postpone the publication of its financial statement for 2013 for a short period of time until May 2014. The reason for this is the spinning off of CeraNovis GmbH by September 2012, which obligates the company to prepare two separate financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code) as well as a consolidated financial statement for the group according to IFRS. Further, a financial statement according to IFRS has to be prepared and to be audited for the year 2012. This comprehensive process will take shortly longer than first expected.
