Richard Light joined Biopure Corp.
in 1990 and rejoined as Vice President of Technology Development in February 2005.
He was Vice President of Development for Aeris Therapeutics and was Vice President of Process Technology, Director of Product Development and Associate Director of Analytical and Protein Chemistry.
Dr. Light was a Research Biochemist and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Naval Research Laboratory.
He received a PhD in Biochemistry from Rice University and a BS degree in Biology and a BA degree in Chemistry from Washington & Lee University.
