Prior to 3V, Ms. Gu served as a Head of Structured Products Group at BSB Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Beal Bank.
Prior to joining BSB, Ms. Gu held various positions and most recently served as President and CEO of ORIX Capital Markets, LLC.
Ms. Gu received a BA in English from Nanjing University and an MBA from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.
