Prior to joining Hastings Equity Partners, Mr. Leaver spent 27 years in "traditional" financial service with firms such as Tucker Anthony and Legg Mason, helping individuals, families and institutions manage their wealth.
During his investment career, he has taken a leadership role in the funding of several start-up companies in both the public and private sectors.
Mr. Leaver has worked closely with the boards of many companies in helping them to create, define and implement their respective business plans.
He graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
