Tom Hidder

Mr. Hidder joined ORIX in 2001.
Prior to joining ORIX, Mr. Hidder was the chief executive officer and president of Hanover Financial Corporation, a specialty commercial finance company serving the small-business community.
He also spent 14 years at Sanwa Business Credit Corporation, where he held a variety of positions, including group head of the structured finance group.
Early in his career, he worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Continental Illinois Bank.
Mr. Hidder has a BS from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
He is also a CPA.
