Tom Dyer

Mr. Dyer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dyer Enterprises, Inc., as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Trustees of the U.S.
Military Academy at West Point.
Prior to these positions, he was Chairman of the West Point Fund.
From 1988 to 1993, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Techsonic Industries where he also served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales from 1978 to 1988.
Prior to Techsonic, he held management positions at AT&T Corp.
Mr. Dyer serves on the boards of SunTrust Bank, Ironwood Productions, and DataPath, and as civilian aide to the Secretary of the Army.
In 2006 Mr. Dyer was awarded the prestigious Distinguished Graduate Award from the U.S.
Military Academy at West Point.
