Thomas E. Bennett

Mr. Bennett has been on the i2E board since October 2003.
He is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Oklahoma National Bank and Trust Company (ONB) and its parent company, Twenty-First Century Financial Services Company.
ONB was founded by Mr. Bennett and a group of experienced bankers and investors on January 20, 2000, and it has been the fastest growing new bank in this region of the country since that time.
As of 12/31/02, ONB was the 4th largest bank headquartered in Tulsa (of 16), the 7th largest bank headquartered in the Tulsa Metro Area (of 31), and the 35th largest bank headquartered in Oklahoma (of 280) in less than three years of doing business.
He began his banking career with Stillwater National Bank and Trust Co. in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
He became Chairman of the banks loan committee in 1978, and Executive Vice President in Charge of Lending in 1982.
In 1985 he took a leave of absence to serve as a White House Fellow and Special Assistant to the Comptroller of the Currency in Washington, D.C.
In 1986-87 Mr. Bennett earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration with honors from Harvard University.
From 1987-88 he served as Senior Advisor and Coordinator of Strategic Planning for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce in Oklahoma City.
In that capacity he prepared the State of Oklahoma's first statewide Five-Year Economic Development Plan.
In 1988 he returned to Stillwater National Bank to be head of its start-up office in Tulsa.
In 1991 he was promoted to President of the Tulsa Division of Stillwater National Bank.
From 1988 to 1998 the Tulsa Division grew to a division with $290 million in deposits and $240 million in loans.
Mr. Bennett attended Oklahoma State University, serving as Student Body President.
Mr. Bennett graduated in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
He went on to earn a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
