Theodore Karatz

Teddy Karatz is a Managing Director of US Acquisitions at GTIS.
Prior to joining GTIS, Mr. Karatz worked at O'Donnell/Atkins, a residential land brokerage firm where he worked directly with public and private homebuilders and developers to identify acquisition opportunities throughout California.
Prior to O'Donnell Atkins, he worked in the acquisitions group at KB Home, where he sourced and negotiated residential acquisition opportunities for the firm.
Mr. Karatz received a B.A.
in Communication from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the Lusk School at the University of Southern California.
