Cunanan is the founder of Philippine-Somali Business & Friendship Association, Inc. He currently holds the following positions: President & Chief Executive Officer at Philippine National Bobsled Luge & Skeleton Association, Inc., Independent Non-Executive Director at San Miguel Brewery HK Ltd., Independent Non-Executive Director at San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd., and President of the Philippine Austrian Cultural Society.
Mr. Cunanan has a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Ateneo de Manila and a Bachelor's degree from the same university.
He also holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
