Suzanne Hickey

Ms. Suzanne Hickey is Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for Commerce Street Capital, LLC.
Ms. Hickey's primary focus is on compliance matters for the Firm's FINRA registered broker dealer and SEC registered investment advisor.
In addition, Ms. Hickey handles general legal matters for CSC.
Ms. Hickey has been with Commerce Street since October of 2010.
Prior to joining the firm, she spent six years with the U.S.
Department of Labor's Employee Benefit Security Administration as a federal investigator for ERISA compliance matters.
Before attending law school, Ms. Hickey had a seventeen-year career in public finance investment banking and structured over $9 billion in tax-exempt and taxable debt issues for state and local issuers of all sizes.
Ms. Hickey has a BBA in Marketing and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas, Austin.
She received her JD from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
She is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
