He has developed a combined expertise in corporate finance and high-level management positions in the banking and telecommunication industry for more than 15 years before joining Innobridge.
His responsibilities have ranged from Finance Executive and Credit & Risk Manager, active notably in Mergers & Acquisition, including the valuation and recommendation of international acquisitions, structuring the financing and raising long term funds for Joint Ventures.
He notably participated in the founding of Estel, a Joint Venture between Swisscom and Electricité de Strasbourg (subsidiary of EDF), and was appointed to its top management as President du Directoire, ad interim.
